RECIPE BY BOUKJE FROM CUT THE CRAP

This 3-ingredient fudge recipe will surely quench your sweet cravings. Not only is it guilt-free, it is also rich in protein — perfect for post or pre-workout!

INGREDIENTS (makes 16 slices)
  • 225 g peanut butter
  • 40 g chocolate protein powder
  • 40 g coconut flour
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Transfer to a cake or brownie tin lined with parchment paper, and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden up slightly before cutting into pieces.
