Sweet, tart and creamy, this smoothie bowl is fit to serve on any occasion — even on weekdays! Feel free to serve fresh or frozen strawberries and more nuts for added texture.
INGREDIENTS
- SMOOTHIE
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- a splash of plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
- TOPPINGS
- vanilla plant-based yogurt
- fresh strawberries
- cashews
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with more yogurt, fresh strawberries, and cashews for crunch!
- Enjoy!
