Smoothie bowls are your perfect sweet treat that you can eat in the morning - guilt free! Infused with the flavours of two berries plus other healthy veg and fruits. 

serves 1

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • handful blackberries
  • half avocado
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • a small chunk ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp prickly pear superfood
  • 1 scoop lions mane protein powder
  • ice, as much as needed
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smoothie and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
