Smoothie bowls are your perfect sweet treat that you can eat in the morning - guilt free! Infused with the flavours of two berries plus other healthy veg and fruits.
serves 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- handful blackberries
- half avocado
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- a small chunk ginger
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tbsp prickly pear superfood
- 1 scoop lions mane protein powder
- ice, as much as needed
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smoothie and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
