Pink nice creams doesn't have to include Pitaya! Raspberries can create beautiful pink nice creams as well and provide a refreshing and tart taste for your nice cream base! Now all you have to do is to top it with some more berries and your favourite toppings.

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp superfood antioxidant blend (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your nice cream ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
