Here's for the mint and chocolate fans! This smoothie bowl is delicious and decadent - the perfect guilt-free treat to try this weekend!

INGREDIENTS
  • 180g frozen bananas
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (or sub with 1 tsp cacao powder)
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 200 ml soy milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Pour into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings  and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
