Bring some sunshine into your day with this tropical green smoothie! The pineapple gives a tangy sweetness that reminds you of summer and holidays! It's filled with only good-for-you ingredients that will help you nourish your mind and body.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 handful of frozen kale
  • 125 g frozen pineapple
  • 80 g  frozen banana
  • 30 g vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 20 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 1 tsp kiwi hemp hearts
  • 150 ml soy milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Pour into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings  and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
