RECIPE BY CARRINGTON FARMS

Jump-start your day with a healthy smoothie bowl served in a Coconut Bowl! This smoothie is sweetened by fresh and organic berries, apples and a huge amount of superfood powders and blends from Carrington Farms that add healthy fats, fiber and protein. 

INGREDIENTS
  • SMOOTHIE
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 16 oz berries (raspberries & blackberries)
    • 1 apple
    • 1 tbsp pomegranate powder
    • 1 tbsp coconut protein powder
    • 1/2 tbsp flax chia blend
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
    • ice, as needed
  • TOPPINGS
    • fresh/frozen berries
    • flax chia blend
    • coconut chips
METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
