Here's a classic flavour combo that both adults and kids will love - peanut butter and jam. The tartness and sweetness of the raspberry compliments the peanut butter topping and smoothie base. Generously add some granola on top for the extra crunch.
INGREDIENTS
- PB SMOOTHIE
- 300g frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 20g vegan vanilla protein powder
- TOPPINGS
- mashed raspberries
- granola
- peanut butter
METHOD
- Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with mashed raspberries, granola and extra peanut butter. Delish!
