Dig into your Coconut Bowls with some green smoothie loaded with spirulina and spinach while enjoying one of the most favourite flavour combos ever - mint & chocolate. 

INGREDIENTS
  • NICE CREAM
    • 1 cup frozen spinach
    • 4 frozen bananas
    • 1 tsp green spirulina
    • 4 coconut milk (frozen in cubes)
    • 1/2 cup frozen coconut chunks
    • 2 tsp peppermint extract
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • melted chocolate
    • cacao nibs
    • fresh mint
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your nice cream ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
