Nothing will cheer you up like a like a pastel blue smoothie on a warm day. It has a little tropical taste to it too, thanks to the frozen coconut chunks and coconut yogurt! Serve this with some Coconut Bowls for an extra tropical feel. 

serves 2-3

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen coconut chunks
  • 4 cubes of frozen coconut yogurt (yogurt frozen in ice cube tray)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your nice cream ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
