This Mint Smoothie Bowl bowl is packed with antioxidants to boost your immunity, keep your skin glowing and support digestion all while tasting like a decadent treat! The refreshing hint of mint pairs perfectly with rich cacao giving you a balance of health and flavor.
RECIPE:
- 1/2-1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- Aloe vera gel
- 2 tbsp @philosophielove cacao magic
- a drop of mint extract
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1/3 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 scoop @amymyersmd Leaky Gut Revive
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Blend in a high-speed blender adding the cacao nibs when desired consistency is achieved.
Serve in a coconut bowl and top with your favorites.
