Start your day with a vibrant burst of green goodness! This Green Smoothie Bowl is packed with nutrient-rich ingredients to fuel your body and keep you feeling refreshed. Top it off with your favorite toppings and enjoy a wholesome, energizing breakfast!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, chopped
  • 1.5 to 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • big handful of spinach

METHOD: 

  • Add milk to the blender, then add everything else.
  • Put lid on. Blend & mash until creamy.
  • Pause the blender, take off the lid, and scrape down the sides to release any air bubbles.
  • Put the lid back on. Blend & blend again until you get the right consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite Coconut Bowls, add your choice of toppings, and enjoy!
