RECIPE BY BOUKJE FROM CUT THE CRAP
Delicious, sweet and aromatic - this nice cream is a sweet treat that you can have guilt-free in the morning. Serve with granola on top for some crunch, and if you have mini cinnamon rolls on hand, feel free to add those on top too!
INGREDIENTS
- SMOOTHIE
- 1 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a splash of plant-based milk
- CINNAMON SWIRL
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- homemade granola
- mini cinnamon rolls
METHOD
- Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a small bowl, mix all your cinnamon swirl ingredients.
- Serve nice cream in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and pour the cinnamon swirl on top. Enjoy as is or with your choice of toppings.
