RECIPE BY BOUKJE FROM CUT THE CRAP

Delicious, sweet and aromatic - this nice cream is a sweet treat that you can have guilt-free in the morning. Serve with granola on top for some crunch, and if you have mini cinnamon rolls on hand, feel free to add those on top too!

INGREDIENTS
  • SMOOTHIE
    • 1 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
    • 1 tbsp nut butter
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • a splash of plant-based milk
  • CINNAMON SWIRL
    • 1 tbsp maca powder
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • homemade granola
    • mini cinnamon rolls
METHOD
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all your cinnamon swirl ingredients.
  3. Serve nice cream in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and pour the cinnamon swirl on top. Enjoy as is or with your choice of toppings.
