Warming spices in a smoothie is wonderfully pleasant and fragrant. Perfect for the fall and winter seasons. This smoothie is a reinvented cinnamon bun prepared with only a few ingredients and no processed flours or sugars!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 3 chopped and frozen very ripe bananas
- a pinch of cardamom
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a splash of almond drink to get the blender going
METHOD
- Place all nice cream ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls, and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
