Nothing makes you remember of your family and your childhood than a glass of eggnog! Make it vegan and incorporate those flavours into a smoothie bowl to make it more fun and tasty! Whip up this holiday recipe for a nostalgic evening at home.

INGREDIENTS
  • Cauliflower, 1 cup (frozen)
  • Banana, 1  (frozen)
  • Coconut Milk, 1/2 cup
  • Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla, 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp
METHOD
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a highspeed blender until you reach a smooth texture.
  2. Add more or less spices and sweetener to taste.
  3. Pour into your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
