Nothing makes you remember of your family and your childhood than a glass of eggnog! Make it vegan and incorporate those flavours into a smoothie bowl to make it more fun and tasty! Whip up this holiday recipe for a nostalgic evening at home.
INGREDIENTS
- Cauliflower, 1 cup (frozen)
- Banana, 1 (frozen)
- Coconut Milk, 1/2 cup
- Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
- Vanilla, 1 tsp
- Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp
METHOD
- Blend all the ingredients in a highspeed blender until you reach a smooth texture.
- Add more or less spices and sweetener to taste.
- Pour into your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
