RECIPE BY OLIVIA FROM @bitesbyliv

If you are craving for ice cream sundaes but are worried about all the unhealthy ingredients, worry no more because @bitesbyliv got us covered with her Vegan Chocolate Sundae. It is plant-based, dairy-free and guilt-free!

INGREDIENTS
  • Avocado, 1/2
  • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
  • Coconut Yogurt, 1/4
  • Cacao Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Medjool Dates, 2 pcs.
  • Soy MIlk, a dash
  • Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop (optional)
METHOD
  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass jar with your  Bamboo Straws and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
