Picking a flavour can be overwhelming - but you will never go wrong with the classic vanilla. Use a real vanilla bean to pack in some serious vanilla flavour.

INGREDIENTS
  • 5-6 frozen bananas
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeded or 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water or plant milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your nice cream ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
