The vibrant layers in this smoothie jar has its own flavour! From tropical fruits to berries, this smoothie concoction will never fail to delight your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS
- BLUE
- Banana, 1 (frozen)
- Blue Spirulina, 1/4 tsp
- Coconut Milk, as needed
- GREEN
- Spinach, a handful
- Mango, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Banana, 1 (frozen)
- Coconut Milk, as needed
- YELLOW
- Pinepple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Banana, 1 (frozen)
- Water, as needed
- ORANGE
- Mango, 1 cup (frozen)
- Pineapple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Orange Juice, as needed
- PINK
- Pink Pitaya, 1 cup (frozen)
- Coconut Yogurt, as needed
- PURPLE
- Blueberries, 1 cup (frozen)
- Coconut Yogurt, as needed
METHOD
- Prepare and blend each colour of smoothie and put the into separate bowls.
- Spoon one colour at a time in a glass jar to create the rainbow colour.
- Serve with your favourite Bamboo Straws. Enjoy!
