Guava might be an unusual flavour in your smoothies but we totally recommend that you try this incredibly healthy smoothie recipe! Guavas are delicious, slightly sweet but very aromatic. It has tons of antioxidants and nutrients for the body. 

INGREDIENTS
  • SMOOTHIE
    • Banana, 1 (frozen)
    • Guava Pulp, 1 packet (frozen)
    • Ginger Powder, 1/4 tsp
    • Reishi Mushroom Powder
    • a splash of coconut milk
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • granola
    • coconut flakes
    • raw cacao nibs
    • blueberries
    • peanut butter
METHOD
  1. Blend all your smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls along with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
