One bite and you'll be reminded of that warm, fragrant and comforting apple pie - but in a porridge form! 

INGREDIENTS
  • Apples, 2
  • Dates, 3-4
  • Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
  • Cane Sugar, 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Hazelnuts, to taste
  • Old Fashioned Oats, to taste
  • Plant Milk, as needed
METHOD
  1. Wash apples and chop them together with dates into small cubes and toss with cinnamon.
  2. Add maple syrup, coated apples, dates and cane sugar into a small pan and heat up to medium temperature. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime prepare your porridge by heating up your oats, and plant milk until cooked through and desired consistency has achieved. Transfer everything to your Coconut Bowl and top it up with the caramelized apple topping and some chopped hazelnuts if desired.
