Summer - our most favourite season! What better way to celebrate the warmer days than with this smoothie bowl that focuses on summer fruits! It's banana-free too!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 frozen peaches
- 4 frozen apricots
- 1/2 coconut cream or coconut milk
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
- We love topping this with more fresh/frozen fruits, but feel free to top with your favourite toppings!
