RECIPE BY HEALTHY LUXE
The classic peanut butter and jam but in a breakfast bowl. Nothing is more nostalgic than this combo.
INGREDIENTS [SERVES 2]
- BREAKFAST BOWL
- Oats, 1 cup (gluten-free)
- Oat Milk, 2 cups
- Filtered Water, 1/2 cup
- Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp
- Vanilla Bean Paste, 1 tsp
- RASPBERRY COULIS
- Raspberries, 1 cup
- Orange Juice, 1/2 cup
- Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Bean Powder, 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Firstly preparea raspberry coulis. Combine coulis ingredients in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside and allow to cool
- Whilst cooling, combine all porridge ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring regularly for approx. 5 minutes. Add additional water or milk if required.
- Spoon into your favourite Coconut Bowl and top with coulis, peanut butter, banana and/or coconut flakes.
