We love it how creative our #cococommunity can be! This is @clyrenn's Loaded Breakfast Sweet Potato. Enjoy it warm with your favorite toppings and you'll have yourself a really filling and decadent breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- Sweet Potato, 1 medium
- Almond Butter, as needed
- Fruits
- Granola
- Seeds (pumpkin or chia)
- Shredded Coconut
- Cinnamon
METHOD
- Wash and scrub the skin of a sweet potato. Pat dry with a clean towel.
- Carefully prick the sweet potato with a fork.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or until fully cooked through.
- Serve in a Coconut Bowls with toppings of your choice such as almond butter, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut and a dash of cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
