Here's a great way to sneak in some veg in your snacks! Kale is used in this recipe, but feel free to add a handful of baby spinach too! This green smoothie is naturally sweetened with banana and kiwi, but you can opt to add a few drizzles of maple syrup if you want this to be sweeter!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen golden kiwi (or use green kiwi)
  • 1/2 frozen green kiwi
  • a handful of frozen kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp coconut ygurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 20 g oats
  • 2 cups coconut milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Pour into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings  and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
