Here's a great way to sneak in some veg in your snacks! Kale is used in this recipe, but feel free to add a handful of baby spinach too! This green smoothie is naturally sweetened with banana and kiwi, but you can opt to add a few drizzles of maple syrup if you want this to be sweeter!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 frozen golden kiwi (or use green kiwi)
- 1/2 frozen green kiwi
- a handful of frozen kale
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp coconut ygurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 20 g oats
- 2 cups coconut milk
METHOD
- In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
- Pour into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings and a Bamboo Straw.
- Enjoy!
