Containing antioxidant rich grapes and immunity boosting pineapple, it’s also jam-packed with nutrients - so you can eat it with the satisfaction of knowing that you’re doing your body a favour. And while you’re at it, do the planet a favour by serving it in an eco-friendly Coconut Bowl!
Serves 2-3
INGREDIENTS
- Bananas, 3 (frozen)
- Coconut, 100 g (frozen)
- Pineapple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Grapes, 1 cup (frozen)
- Vegan Protein Powder, 2 tbsp (optional)
- Blackberry Powder, 10 g (optional but adds color)
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into your Coconut Bowls and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
