Grape Nice-cream? As strange as it may sound, this recipe is a winner. It’s rich enough in flavour to enjoy on its own and versatile enough to add your own choice of toppings. Containing antioxidant rich grapes and immunity boosting pineapple, it’s also jam-packed with nutrients - so you can eat it with the satisfaction of knowing that you’re doing your body a favour. And while you’re at it, do the planet a favour by serving it in an eco-friendly Coconut Bowl!

Serves 2-3

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 3 (frozen)
  • Coconut, 100 g (frozen)
  • Pineapple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
  • Grapes, 1 cup (frozen)
  • Vegan Protein Powder, 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Blackberry Powder, 10 g (optional but adds color)
METHOD
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into your Coconut Bowls and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
