INGREDIENTS
- Bananas, 3-4 (large & ripe)
- Cocoa Powder, 2 tbsp
- Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 tbsp
- Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp
- Plant Milk, 1/3 cup
- Liquid Sweetener, to taste (optional)
METHOD
- Add your choice of plant milk to your high-speed blender before adding in the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the nice cream to your favourite Coconut Bowl and decorate with your choice of toppings.
- Enjoy!
