This healthy smoothie recipe contains curcuming powder that helps fight inflammation and provides the body with a boost of antioxidants to fuel your day!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp curcumin powder
- a splash of plant-based milk
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until combined. Add more milk to reach desired consistency!
