RECIPE BY NIKI FROM @_SWEETFOODIELIFE

Cookies and cream smoothie layered with fluffy coconut cream. Then topped with a scoop of dairy-free cookies and cream ice cream to make this even more indulgent.

INGREDIENTS
  • CHOCOLATE LAYER
    • 60 g ice cubes, or more frozen banana
    • 80 g banana
    • 1 tsp cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp flaxseed meal
    • 80-90 g oreo cookies or homemade vegan chocolate cookies
    • 150 ml plant milk
  • CREAM LAYER
    • whipped coconut cream or vegan ice cream
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your chocolate layer ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Layer the chocolate and cream alternatively into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings  and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
