Cookies and cream smoothie layered with fluffy coconut cream. Then topped with a scoop of dairy-free cookies and cream ice cream to make this even more indulgent.
INGREDIENTS
- CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 60 g ice cubes, or more frozen banana
- 80 g banana
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp flaxseed meal
- 80-90 g oreo cookies or homemade vegan chocolate cookies
- 150 ml plant milk
- CREAM LAYER
- whipped coconut cream or vegan ice cream
METHOD
- In a high-speed blender, blend all your chocolate layer ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
- Layer the chocolate and cream alternatively into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings and a Bamboo Straw.
