Dessert that doubles as a breakfast and tastes like childhood. Start your day right with this Chunky Monkey Smoothie that's so indulgent but super healthy too! To make this even more indulgent, top it off with your favorite plant-based chocolate fudge and serve it with our Bamboo Straws

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS
  • Chocolate Cashew Milk
    • Raw Cashews, 1 cup (unsalted)
    • Chocolate Protein Powder, 1.5 scoops
    • Dates, 4-5
    • Water, 3 cups
    • Salt, a pinch
  • Chunky Monkey Smoothie
    • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
    • Chocolate Cashew Milk Ice Cubes, 8 
    • Cacao Powder, 1-2 tbsp
    • Peanut Butter, 1 tsp (optional)
    • Chocolate Cashew Milk, 1/4 cup
    • Chocolate fudge/chunks, to serve
METHOD
  1. Chocolate Cashew Milk
    1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Freeze in ice cube trays but reserve 1/4 cup and store it in the fridge to use for blending
  2. Chunky Monkey Smoothie
    1. Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until thick and creamy.
    2. Pour in jars and top with your favorite toppings and serve with our Bamboo Straws!
