Another smoothie recipe that we'd love to share with you. Delicious, decadent and so easy to make! Recreate this recipe and serve this with your friends and family for a healthy chocolatey treat.
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
- Walnuts, 8
- Pumpkin Seeds, 1 tbsp
- Plant-based Milk, as needed
- Fresh Ginger, 1 chunk
- Cacao Powder, 1 tbsp
- Date, 1
- Banana, 1
- Protein Powder, 1 heaped tbsp
- Plant-based Milk, as needed
METHOD
- Combine the walnuts and pumpkins in a small bowl and add plant-based milk enough to cover everything. Leave to soak for a few minutes or as long as you can. It will still work fine without soaking though, it's just preferred for smoother texture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the plant-based milk inside the blender.
- Add plant-based milk enough to cover the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and serve on a glass with a Bamboo Straw and add you toppings.
