RECIPE BY FOOD BY RACH

Not everyone is fond of bananas so we do get some requests for a banana-free smoothie recipe from time to time! This recipe is made from the sweet and refreshing honeydews! 

INGREDIENTS
  • Honeydew, 1 cup (frozen)
  • Blueberries, 1/2 cup (frozen)
  • Coconut Milk, 1/4 cup
METHOD
  1. Freeze small chunks of honeydew overnight. (Small chunks will make the blending process easier.)
  2. Add both ingredients in a blender with plant milk and pulse until smooth.
  3. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with berries and granola.
  4. Enjoy!
