RECIPE BY HELENA FROM THE DELICIOUS PLATE

This smoothie is packed with all the good things about fall. How nice would it be to sip healthy smoothies while watching the leaves fall?

INGREDIENTS
  • Apples, 2 large (cored and chopped)
  • Dates, 2 pcs (pitted)
  • Almond Milk, 1 cup
  • Plain Vegan Yogurt, 1/2 cup
  • Oats, 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds, 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom, 1/2 tsp
METHOD
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer into a glass or tumbler and serve with a drizzle of vegan caramel and sip with your favourite Bamboo Straws.
