Now that the days are warmer and longer, you'll get to enjoy a nourishing salad bowl in your Jumbo Bowls and maybe whip up a tropical smoothie bowl as a dessert too!!
We've collected our top five favourite savoury salads that you, our Coco Community will surely enjoy, so bookmark this list and get your grocery list ready - you'll surely love this recipe collection as much as we do!

1. Orange Salad with Figs

Trust us when we say that this is the easiest and freshest salad bowl that you'll ever make! The citrus dressing gives a vibrant flavour that coats the greens so well. If you're pressed for time, we totally recommend this recipe!

2.  Creamy Kale, Pomegranate and Avocado Salad with Garlic Sunflower Cream Dressing

Best served cold. Be sure to chill the the dressing for a few minutes in the refrigerator to help the flavours develop before serving. You can add your favourite salad toppings! We love a few crispy croutons on top, what about you?

3. Vegan Potato Salad

Ultra creamy, herby and flavourful potato salad that's guilt-free and without the unhealthy fats. This recipe utilizes the versatility of cashew cream - the best vegan cream there is!

4. Rainbow Chopped Salad

Bring more colours into your meals with this easy-peasy salad recipe! Chopping the ingredients may not be fun for some (trust us when we say that it's all worth it!), but you can definitely use your food chopper, food processor or blender to help chop some of the ingredients.

5. Caesar Salad with Crispy Mushrooms and Tofu

The crispy mushrooms and tofu are the big stars here, but we really love how tangy, flavourful and delicious the dressing is! It's a classic flavour that most of us really love that made plant-based and healthier than the regular kind.

Of course, no savoury buddha bowl is complete without your own Jumbo Bowl! 30% larger than our Original Bowls, it's perfect for nourishing salads, buddha bowls and a curry and rice combo!
