In need of some tropical/vacay vibes today? Look no further! Give your mornings a great boost of good vibes with this summer-boost breakfast bowl.
INGREDIENTS
- Mango, 1
- Blueberries, 100 g
- Coconut Yogurt, 1 cup
- Strawberries, 5 (chopped)
- Granola
- Peanut Butter
- Maple Syrup (optional)
METHOD
- Peel and slice mango into cubes. Discard the seed.
- In your favourite Coconut Bowl, place all the ingredients in to create the summer breakfast bowl.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top, which is optional but totally recommended!
- Enjoy!
